Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) is a gentle hands-on approach that combines craniosacral therapy with fascial techniques. Sessions are performed fully clothed.
The specific modality used is The Gillespie Approach. The Gillespie Approach focuses on the relationship between the craniosacral system and the fascial network throughout the body. Through gentle techniques, CFT works with the body's connective tissues to support mobility, balance, and ease. Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, non-invasive approach that uses light touch and a quiet, attentive presence to support the body's natural processes.Sessions are performed fully clothed and emphasize listening to the body's responses rather than forcing change. Myofascial Release Therapy focuses on the body's fascial system, the connective tissue network that surrounds and supports muscles, organs, nerves, and other structures.Using slow, intentional techniques, myofascial work supports tissue mobility, body awareness, and ease of movement. This approach may be incorporated into an Integrative Massage session or combined with other therapeutic techniques when appropriate.
Integrative Massage is a customized therapeutic session that combines Swedish massage techniques with additional approaches based on what you request according to your needs. Sessions are peformed with clients undressed to their level of comfort, but best peformed with all clothing items removed. Professional draping is always provided thorugout the entirety of the session.
Sessions may incorporate Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) and/or Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) techniques to the head and neck, and Myofascial Release (MFR) when appropriate. Rather than following a fixed routine, each session is adapted to support your individual goals and the areas your body is communicating a need for attention.
Yes. Harmony Awakened specializes in an integrative approach, meaning sessions may include a combination of techniques based on your goals and how your body responds.
Your session may incorporate elements of massage, CFT, BCST and/or MFR. You do not need to know which technique you need before booking, because we will determine the best approach together.
Harmony Awakened offers optional wellness add-ons designed to complement your session. Current offerings include red light therapy, with additional options being added as available.
Add-ons are intended to support relaxation and overall wellness and are not a replacement for medical treatment.
Yes. Harmony Awakened offers a 6-session package for clients who desire more consistent support over a shorter period of time. This option is often recommended for families, individuals committed to receiving regular sessions, or individuals who would benefit from more intensive sessions scheduled closer together.Each session is individualized and may incorporate Integrative Massage, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT), Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST), and/or Myofascial Release (MFR) based on your needs at each visit.
