What Is The Stillpoint Initiative?
The Stillpoint Initiative is Harmony Awakened's Community Care Program, created to provide free or discounted restorative bodywork to individuals experiencing financial hardship during seasons of significant life challenge.
Whether someone has been carrying the weight of caregiving, navigating trauma, rebuilding through addiction recovery, living with physical or emotional pain, or facing a season where receiving care feels financially out of reach, this initiative exists to help make restorative care more accessible.
At its heart, The Stillpoint Initiative is an invitation to pause, receive, and restore.

If selected, you will receive a free or discounted session through The Still Point Initiative, creating space to pause, reconnect, and restore.
Continue the Ripple of Care
The Stillpoint Initiative grows through continued community support, allowing more individuals to receive restorative care when they need it most.
The Philosophy: Rooted in Restorative Care
The Stillpoint Initiative is rooted in the belief that the body is constantly working toward balance, adaptation, and restoration. When life becomes overwhelming, the demands we carry can make it difficult to slow down, reconnect, and receive care for ourselves.
Inspired by the love and care always graciously given by the owners and teachers at The Body Therapy Center and School of Massage, as well as the principles of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, this work honors the importance of creating a supportive environment where the body can settle, regulate, and access its own resources for restoration.
The Stillpoint Initiative represents a moment of pause, a space where there is less striving and more presence. Through gentle, restorative care, this initiative offers individuals the opportunity to step out of constant doing and experience a moment of receiving.
The Heart & Reason Behind The Stillpoint Initiative
The Stillpoint Initiative was created from a deep belief that those who spend their lives caring, enduring, and carrying the weight of difficult seasons deserve the opportunity to receive care as well.
Many people move through life carrying responsibilities that are rarely seen by others. They may be caring for children, supporting loved ones, rebuilding after hardship, navigating recovery, or simply trying to find their way through a season that has required more from them than they expected.
The heart behind this initiative is to create an opportunity for individuals who may not prioritize their own care or have the financial opportunity to experience a moment of restoration. It is a reminder that receiving support and making space for restoration is an important part of moving forward.
The Stillpoint Initiative exists because care should not only be available to those who have the time, resources, or circumstances to seek it easily. Sometimes, the people who give the most are the ones who need a place to receive.
Who This is For
The Stillpoint Initiative is intended for individuals experiencing financial hardship who are navigating seasons of increased responsibility, stress, trauma, or significant life challenges. While every application is reviewed individually, the examples listed represent some of the individuals this initiative was created to support.
These examples are not intended to be limiting. If you believe The Stillpoint Initiative may benefit you during your current season of life, you are encouraged to apply.

Help Continue The Stillpoint Initiative
The Stillpoint Initiative is sustained through generosity and a shared belief that restorative care should be available to those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to receive it.
If you would like to help extend this offering to others, contributions toward The Stillpoint Initiative help provide future free or discounted sessions for individuals experiencing financial hardship or significant life challenges.
Every contribution helps create another opportunity for someone to pause, receive care, and restore.
