The Stillpoint Initiative Application

The Stillpoint Initiative Application asks about your current circumstances, what you are seeking support with, and what you are hoping to be able to do, manage, or experience differently with this support. ​Please answer the questions as openly and honestly as you feel comfortable. There is no need to provide extensive financial documentation.​ Applications are reviewed individually. Completing an application does not guarantee assistance.​ Take your time, and provide whatever information you feel will help me understand your circumstances, and please reach out if you need any assistance with the application.

The Stillpoint Initiative Application Form

The Still Point Initiative provides free or reduced-cost services to individuals experiencing financial hardship or exceptional circumstances that may make accessing supportive care difficult.


Applications are reviewed individually. Up to $300 in financial assistance may be provided per application. Once the full $300 in assistance has been used, you are welcome to apply again if you continue to experience circumstances that make services difficult to access.


Completing an application does not guarantee assistance.
