Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur a fee. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are considered late cancellations and are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service fee. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. The replacement client must arrive within the originally scheduled appointment time. If they do, no late cancellation fee will apply. The first two late cancellations within a six-month period will be subject to the 50% cancellation fee. After two late cancellations within six months, future appointments may require payment in full at the time of booking. Continued late cancellations may result in Harmony Awakened PLLC discontinuing future appointment scheduling. The option to send a replacement client remains available as long as the replacement client arrives within the originally scheduled appointment time. No-Shows A no-show is an appointment that is missed without prior notice. The first no-show is treated as a one-time courtesy and will not incur a fee. After a no-show, all future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Any subsequent no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee. Harmony Awakened PLLC also reserves the right to discontinue scheduling future appointments following a subsequent no-show. Emergencies & Unforeseen Circumstances We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Harmony Awakened PLLC. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we will provide as much of your scheduled service as possible without extending the appointment beyond its scheduled end time or affecting the next client’s appointment. The full service fee still applies. Provider Cancellations If Harmony Awakened PLLC needs to cancel an appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the opportunity to reschedule. Any prepaid fees will be fully refunded if you choose not to reschedule. By scheduling an appointment with Harmony Awakened PLLC, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Harmony Awakened PLLC reserves the right to update this policy, with clients notified of any changes in advance.
